Elephant Rock Night Labyrinth

This was another night full of running around with multiple cameras in different locations, and playing the guessing game with camera settings. We didn’t know how long it would take to walk the labyrinth in the dark with a lantern balanced on the walker’s head… a few cars coming in and out of the parking lot above kept adding stray light and shifting exposures, but after four tries we finally captured this shot with the wonderful help of the Circles in the Sand team in Bandon, Oregon. You can see the tide is almost to the edge of the labyrinth. We didn’t have much time left!
